Ms. Wambui Kihuha Mbesa was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 8th September 2021.

Ms. Mbesa is the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee. Ms. Mbesa is the current Chief Executive Officer of INTRASOFT International East Africa and is a seasoned technology industry executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience. She has previously been at the helm of several multinationals and possesses diverse board experience.
 
Ms. Mbesa holds a Bachelor of Education Degree in Business Studies and Economics from Kenyatta University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from Makerere University and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Maastricht Business School. She is a member of Women in Technology Africa, Institute of Directors (Kenya) and the Women on Boards Network. She also serves as a Director of Stanbic Bank Kenya Limited.
