Ms. Reba Chabeda was appointed to the Board on 7th May 2025. She was appointed the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee effective 15th May 2026.

Ms. Chabeda is a seasoned governance and legal practitioner with over 20 years’ experience with a focus and expertise in corporate and commercial law, Compliance and risk management and a keen interest in corporate governance matters.

She is the founder of Umsizi LLP, a firm of Advocates, Governance Advisors, Corporate Secretaries and Dispute Resolvers with a focus on providing practical and timely legal solutions to entrepreneurs, innovators and disruptors in various sectors.

She Holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Nairobi, Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town.
