Mr Peter Gethi was appointed to the Board on 11 February 2013 as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr Gethi is the Chairman of the Board. He is a qualified Consultant Agronomist and brings to the Board a wealth of agribusiness and management experience, supporting the Company to achieve its strategic goals. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of London. 

Mr Gethi also serves as a director on the Boards of Stanbic Holdings Plc, Stanbic Bank Kenya Limited, Liberty Life Assurance Limited and Heritage Insurance (K) Limited.
